Goldenweeks is a 2‑week digital nomad retreat in Jambiani, Zanzibar, designed for remote workers who want to finally finish a real project – not just enjoy another casual workation.
From November 1–15, 2026, you will live and work in a beautiful villa close to the beach with a small group of max. 8 curated participants, all committed to shipping one specific project (launching a product, finishing a website, reviving a newsletter, building an offer, etc.).
The retreat gives you daily structure, accountability and focus: deep work sessions every morning, coworking and masterminds in the afternoon, and reflection plus community dinners in the evening. You get a private room, pool, fast WiFi, airport pick‑up, cleaning, and three delicious meals per day prepared by our chef – plus a Saturday snorkeling trip to enjoy Zanzibar’s ocean without losing your momentum on your project. Goldenweeks is perfect for freelancers, founders and remote professionals who already work online and want to make real progress on something they keep postponing. It is not a party or yoga retreat: it’s a focused, supportive container where you can get things done, connect with like‑minded digital nomads and still enjoy island life.
