Meeting point: Fit Pit Kiwengwa, 3:45 AM (parking available). Start of the walk: 4:00 AM sharp. Distance approx. 33 km, can take around 8 hours. Rescue car available for belongings. Pick-up & drop-off car assistance: 80,000 TSH one way (up to 7 people), prebooking required. Optional Mama Mia lunch in Nungwi at 13:00 — pizza, soft drink & ice cream for 24,000 TSH. Medical support on call from Med Express throughout. The only rule: we walk, running is forbidden. Recommended to bring: torches, spare shoes & socks, spare clothes, toilet paper, water, breakfast, sunglasses, sunscreen.
